Ms Jennifer

JenImageMedMs Jennifer (Jennifer Madz) is an Accredited Practicing Dietician with over a decade of experience in food and nutrition.

Jennifer has consulted a wide range of clients on health and fitness issues, is a published author for publications such as Australian Good Food Guide and has worked in various kitchens to produce nutritious recipes for the health and wellbeing of her clients.
 
Currently working with Healthy Kids, Jennifer works in health promotion helping to bring positive change to school canteen menu’s across Sydney. As a fitness enthusiast and amateur marathon runner, Jennifer has also gained Accreditation as a Sports Dietitian holding talks to fitness groups on managing healthy eating, eating for training performance and weight loss. Nutrition assessments and programs are devised on a one on one basis for those wanting personalised help.

Jennifer has a passion for food and amongst her many creative talents includes cake decorating, cooking using basic old school principles and creating new exciting recipes.

Mrs Amanda

AmandaImageMedMrs Amanda (Amanda Rose) is a qualified marketer and graphic designer with 12 years industry experience in health, travel and small business. As a published author, Amanda has written articles for multiple blogs on advice for businesses including marketing, design, legal, the ultimate work-life balance and has her own blog www.mybusinesshelp.com.au.

Amanda loves to swim and has a passion for the water, an ex-national Swimmer, she is a qualified Austswim Teacher of Water Safety and Swimming Coach with over a decade of experience in teaching ‘Learn to Swim’ classes to children and adults, to coaching at all levels including professional athletes.

A home-maker and organiser at heart, Amanda has been organizing and sorting people’s homes and home-offices for years and is yet to face a situation she can’t tackle.

A June-Dally Watkins graduate, Amanda loves advising people on how to “look the part” in all walks of life from everyday wear to the professional image.

Amanda is an avid supporter of the Salvation Army and the Trish MS Research Foundation.
