Back to School Lunches – What does your school canteen provide?

Gone are the days where mum stays home to look after the day to day runnings of the family.  She now has to look after the family and take on a job to help pay the bills - or keep or mind stimulated.  So when it comes to providing lunches for the kids to take to school the canteen is becoming a popular daily food outlet providing up to a third of the food some children eat in a day.

The Place to Get Really Cheap Books!

logoComIf you are a lover of reading or need some books for reference purposes, you are often forced to choose between the ones you really want because they are so expensive. Well now there is a place you can get books (new) sometimes at half the price you pay here in Australia.

Check out www.Booko.com.au which compares the price of your chosen book to all the providers (local and overseas), and it orders it from cheapest to most expensive. You may find that often they can be HALF the price and have free deliver.

My favourite place is The Book Depository which is located in the UK, but has FREE delivery and only takes about a week or so to arrive.

Tip: Visit the big bookstores with a notepad and pen, jot down what you want and how much it is, then come home and go online to compare.
